Authorization Release (for Minor Children)

I hereby grant The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum (“Magic House”), The Magic House, MADE for Kids (“MADE for Kids”), and their agents the absolute right and permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes of My Child, or in which My Child may be included in whole or part, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in any Magic House publication, Magic House website, or Magic House social media without payment or any other consideration.

I/We hereby waive and release The Magic House from any claim or liability arising of or relating to such use.
